The Cottage Restaurant and Cafe is situated directly on the shore of Mirror Lake, and offers spectacular views of the Great Range of the Adirondack High Peaks. The Cottage is a fun place to hang out, both summer and winter, and features food and drink options sourced from across the Lake Placid region. While the Cottage Café does not take reservations, we have enabled a text notification waitlist in the event we have reached our capacity. To enquire about availability or to be added to the waitlist; simply stop by the host stand, provide them with your phone number, and we will send you a message when a table opens up. To ensure the safest possible dining experience for our patrons, UV-C filters have been added to HVAC systems, cleansing all recirculated air of bacteria and viral particles.

Exceptional cuisine and service, along with an award winning wine list make it perfect place for any special occasion. The View's beautifully appointed dining room offers breakfast daily, featuring a menu rich in character and terroir of Adirondacks with influences from Europe's finest resorts. During holidays and peak seasons, View offers our hearty Adirondack breakfast buffet. The View dinner menu features house made pastas, custom cut and aged steaks, heritage breed meats, fresh fish flown in from around world, and a large, curated offering of house crafted and locally produced foods. In addition to Lake Placid's finest food, View features an amazing wine list, earning Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence for 20 consecutive years.

Available exclusively for Mirror Lake Inn guests, our heated 60-foot indoor lap pool has outdoor decor and lounge chairs. During the warmer months, our heated outdoor located lap pool is available for guest use from 9:00am to dusk. Towels are provided in the outdoor pool area.

The Adirondack Conference Center, styled after the Great Camps of the Adirondack Region, features two massive stone fireplaces, local Adirondack antiques and artifacts. It can be subdivided into separate rooms, making it a flexible space for business meetings, presentations, workshops and receptions. It also works well as breakout rooms or a hospitality room.
